Refund policy

In Store: 
Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given.. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, accessories, special orders, home accessories, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

 

ONLINE Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 7 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Refunds will be store credit only.
